Had a re-arrange this afternoon and the large juveniles are now in one of the 2ft tanks as a grow out tank so not so many water changes.
They seem happy enough and I am happy as I can now see them properly and watch them grow.
I also moved the gravel out of the security Nd smallest tank I have and I am setting it up to put the next biggest juveniles into this tank then I will only have to do daily water changes on the small juveniles as they are not big enough to be in an aquarium yet.
This re-arrange also means that I will me able to move the tub with that I use for the small juveniles to the middle shelf so that I can see them better too.
I am giving one of the 2ft tanks and some of my minnows to my parents as I no longer need it and they wanted an aquarium again but didn't want axolotls as they are more work than fish.
I have to soon think about finding homes for the juveniles as I am not going to have room for all of them as my lounge currently feels like a pet shop and I am over it and want my lounge back.
I am still deciding what I want to do but I am thinking that I may move the 2 large aquariums on the stand to the other side of the lounge once the shelves have gone and maybe get another large tank with a cupboard so that I can have a large aquarium for males and one for females.
I can't split the axolotls out just yet as I am not able to sex any of my axolotls yet.
